Fenton is the former Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Field Ministries for the Memphis Leadership Foundation, Inc. Mr. Wright’s prior experience includes 5 years as a financial consultant to individuals and small businesses and 3 years as fiscal coordinator of a government youth services program. He has been involved in business start ups, succession plans and various project management teams.
Fenton holds an Executive MBA from the Fogelman College of Business at the University of Memphis as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Morehouse College. Mr. Wright’s diverse background has allowed him to develop a skill for problem identification and solving. His critical thinking skills coupled with a broad understanding of personality profiles and organizational behavior make him capable of addressing a multiplicity of organizational issues.
